All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for raw materials or for items that have been cut, milled, or crafted to meet customer specifications. If an exception is made, a minimum restocking fee of 25% will apply. Returns will not be accepted for custom-fabricated products, including but not limited to: tables, shelves, game boards, planter boxes, and other made-to-order pieces.

Custom Products

All custom orders are covered by a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery or pickup. This guarantee applies only to fabrication defects as determined solely by the Pine and Palm Co. team. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, exposure to improper conditions, or failure to follow care guidelines. The customer is responsible for returning any defective items to our shop for evaluation and repair.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, e-checks, bank ACH transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. Please note that a 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Orders will not be started until payment is received or a payment plan is agreed upon.

Reclaimed & Natural Materials Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material and inherently contains imperfections such as knots, cracks, variations in grain, and color differences. These characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. By purchasing a product from Pine and Palm Co., you acknowledge and accept the natural and reclaimed nature of the materials we use.

Lead Times & Delivery

Custom order lead times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. Estimated timelines will be discussed at the time of order. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays can occur. We will communicate any changes promptly. Delivery fees may apply depending on location.

Design & Creative Ownership

All custom designs created by Pine and Palm Co. remain the intellectual property of the company and may be shared in marketing, social media, or our portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.
